Payment Info: I accept PayPal, checks and money orders.  If you wish to place an order and wish to send a money order, please use the Contact Form.

Shipping: The dreamcatchers and dreamchimes are not pre-made and can take up to a week to be completed before shipping. 

Shipping & handling is via US Priority Mail. Most dreamcatchers and dreamchimes weigh under a pound and shipping would be $4.55 with delivery confirmation and Insurance is optional, prices begin at $1.35 and depend on the value of your purchase.

The PayPal shopping cart does not offer international shipping options, but I would still like customers to have the convenience of being able to order overseas. For an international order you will have to contact me directly. As international and overseas shipments are more costly than domestic shipments, international customers will be charged based on package weight as determined by the USPS website. The order will be shipped once that payment is received. Orders from overseas can only be paid for via paypal.

 Custom Work: If you don't find what you are looking for, please let me know. If you have your own design with a colourful theme to it, then that's wonderful. I enjoy any challenge making dreamcatchers or custom jewelry, I'll be delighted to create your design and make this perfect piece to your satisfactory.

Returns:  Refunds are available for  non-custom work only if items are returned within 14 days after receiving the items. All products must be in the same condition as when sent to you.  Damaged  items will be repaired at no charge for a period of one year. Custom work is non refundable. Any items damaged  in shipping will be repaired, free of charge.

Privacy Policy:  Your personal and purchasing information will never be shared or sold to a third party, this is very important to me.
